Manhattan West- North Tower

Drilled and installed 82 – 16” diameter rock anchors with design load of 922.5 tons.
Anchors consisted of 3 thread bars in one drilled hole with lengths of 63’ and 83’.
Utilized the largest solid bar capacity anchors in the world.

NYCDEP 26th Ward Wastewater Treatment Plant

• Stelcor piles

• Excavate and install Liner Plate Shafts (Launch – 30’ Diameter, Reception – 22’ Diameter)
• Install 60” Tri-loc Casing using Micro Tunneling methodology (478 LF)
• Contact Grout annulus of 60” Tri-loc casing
• Install 36” Water Line through 60” casing
• Cellular Grout the annular space between product pipe and casing
• Install vertical stand pipe of 36” water line – including installation of 36” welded Tee
• Flowable backfill in shafts up to installed

Zacate Creek WWTP to Chacon Creek Interceptor

• Install liner plate shafts (launch-22”, reception-22”)
• Install 235 LF of 60” Tri-loc casing using Micro Tunneling
• Contact grout annulus of 60” casing
• Install 6200 LF of 42” Hobas FRP casing inside 60” casing
• Apply cellular group annular space between product pipe and casing
• Construct 500 LF of aerial crossing
• Install manholes using open cut methodology
• Install sanitary bypass systems

• Install 42” Tri-loc casing using Micro Tunneling methodology (1734)
