Summary
• Install liner plate shafts (launch-22”, reception-22”)

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This tunnel boring project includes the placement of a 42” sanitary sewer from Zacate Creek WWTP to Chacon Creek Interceptor. BRTG’s scope includes excavating and installing liner plate shafts (launch-22”, reception-22”), installing 235 LF of 60” Tri-loc casing using micro tunneling, applying contact grout annulus of 60” casing, installing 6200 LF of 42” Hobas FRP casing inside 60” casing, applying cellular grout annular space between product pipe and casing, installing 42” Hobas FRP sanitary sewer using micro tunneling, applying contact grout annulus of 42” FRP, construction of 500LF of aerial crossing, installation of pipe manholes using open cut methodology, and installing sanitary bypass systems.
